What is the difference between group and individual sessions?
- Group sessions run with a maximum of 15 athletes, giving each player structured training in a competitive team environment.
- Individual sessions are arranged on a per-customer basis, allowing for a fully personalised training experience tailored to the athlete’s specific goals and development needs.
What do I need to bring to a session?
Come prepared with:
- Athletic wear
- Water bottle
- Good runners (athletic footwear)
- A competitive attitude and the willingness to push yourself
What does a training session involve?
- Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare the body for sprint-style training. From there, sessions are built around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) methodology – designed to directly support your on-ice development.
- Training is structured around individual movement patterns in specific scenarios, helping each athlete refine their technique with purpose and precision.
- You will be coached both physically and mentally – understanding not just how to move, but what you’re doing and why it matters.
